Restoring my interior, need help finding this obscure piece.

There is some foam weatherstrip stuff attached to the A-Pillar moulding on my car that's all cracked up and weathered. Does anyone know where you can find this stuff new? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this up?

I'm desperate.
