Whats this?

found this is my passenger door panel today...i think its pretty cool its got lots of information and RPOs on it but its not the build sheet. Also ive ripped out the carpet taken out seats and no build sheet where else can i look?

And when people say build sheets are in the cushion of the seat does that mean i gotta take it apart cause looking at it i found nothing.

anyway here is the pic:

I think this is a body build sheet. As opposed to a chassis build sheet that has all the RPO codes on it as well as the dealers name and address, schedule date and whatnot. When these cars arrived at the dealers usually the chassis build sheet and the body build sheet were just thrown in the passenger side floorboard. They could also be found in the rear luggage compartment well. Working for a dealer in 1992 that was my experience. I have many build sheets with shoe prints on them!
Neat find.

I want to find mine but I don't want to start tearing out unneccesary panels just to find it.

I wish there was a way to be SURE where it was before I go hunting for it. I really hope it's not in the seat.

I think its a partial sheet. I would think from the different info I have seen here that there were more than one Build Sheet. THere is sometimes one stuffed in the dash somewhere, there is this one, and there is the Main Build Sheet.

The one you posted looks like an intereior option sheet. It would tell the person (people) on the line which options for the interior the car should get.

The main Build sheet that most people find can be anywhere, usually its under the carpet or in a seat, and with that information it may be that once the interior went in they no longer needed the long sheet, and started using these shorter sheets for information and why build sheets are often found stuffed in upholstery.

Just theory, I would like to know if Leonard remembers seeing anything like this when he walked the line.

I found the same thing in the same location on a '92 RS I briefly owned a couple of years ago.
