Anybody with an early third gen build sheet, there are 3 tiny lines at the very bottom regarding exporting to Canada. What is the last one?

I can mostly read the first two from my build sheet which I think are right

First line:
The following language applies to shipments to General Motors of Canada Limited but not other shipments. Legal title, ownership right to possession and control of goods in this document shall remain with General Motors Corporation until such goods reach the customs station

Second line:
at the place of entry in Canada. Title to the goods and the other indicia of ownership will be transferred to General Motors of Canada limited prior to clearance through Canadian customs. This reservation of legal title and right to possession shall apply regardless of whether the goods are


But I can’t read the last line, can anyone help?
