upper radiator support tag

what does the number on the tag on the middle of the upper radiator support denote on a 91 Trans am?

Its riveted to the support, its rectangular and if i recall correctly it reads 6309.

Unfortunately nothing of any significance to us. But probably to the assembly line worker who riveted it there.
