Car: 85 IROC-Z / 88 GTA
Engine: 403 LSx (Pending) / 355 Tuned Port
Transmission: T56 Magnum (Pending) / T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 / ?
There were 50 prototype IROCs built in 86 with a TPI 350. They did not have air conditioning or t-tops, and were not released to the public for sale. In 87 the 350 was a regular production option with the code B2L and was available with t-tops and air conditioning, but not a 5 speed manual as was originally planned.
