Original Muffler?
What type of muffler came on 89 Formulas?
What is the correct replacement?
Is it something only GM would have or do other aftermarket companies sell them?
Is a Cherry Bomb Turbo Muffler correct?

It would be a single inlet, dual outlet muffler with angle cut tips on each side below the bumper. Size of the inlet and exits varies depending on engine. Several aftermarket companies make performance and economy versions of the same muffler. GM would be the best source for an exact oem replacement.
