i have a 91 z28 that needs a pwr window motor. would i need to goto a chevy dealer for this or could i get it somewhere else? if so, where & how much is this gonna cost me? & could i goto any chevy dealer for this?

Call a parts store, junk yard, or dealer.

Any GM dealer will carry or be able to get parts for any GM (provided the parts are still being made).

You best bet would be a junkyard or a local parts store, usually dealers are twice as expensive.
