Not unless its ALL there and in great condition... At 122,000 miles its going to probably have a ****load of problems soon.

 

I agree with Drew, it's gonna be time for some maintenance. However, it's a good platform to begin modifying. All the good performance parts plus it has the sleeper look. Pick the car apart and see if the guy will come down in price some.
