My question is, how many 1992 25th Anniversary Camaros where built?? Where can a person find production numbers for other kinds of cars by year???

To answer your first question, all 1992 Camaros received the 25th Anniversary designation. There were 70,007 built (all models). Of this number, 8,197 came with the Heritage Appearance Package (RPO Z03). This package included the striping, body colored "grill" and "25th Anniversary" emblem on the rear deck.

Do you have a pic of that rear deck lid decal and can a person get it?? I only have the emblem on the dash. By the way nice wheels, you should do a motor swap up to a 350, would be easy. Any idea out of those 70,007 1992 Camaro, on how many are still on the road. How many 4th Gen. Camaros where sold of the 1993 and 1994 model runs.

It is hard to say how many are still on the road. I would say quite a few are around. I am picking up my 92 z28 this weekend!!
As for the rear emblem, go to this closed ebay site, there is a closeup of the emblem:
