I know this may cause an arguement but I saw a GTA convert. it was driven by a female so I doubt she would go to the lengths to "clone" a GTA.

They did make GTA converts but asc or acs made the conversion

Indeed, there are many authentic GTA convertibles around these days. They just weren't produced by the factory, that's all.

But they are real GTAs.... ASC is the most well known conversion company that did the cars through the years. I personally have seen some 1988, 1989, and 1991 GTAs that were "chopped".

Yeah, they were made by ASC in 1989. There were even some GTA verts with the 350 made...

Hey Frankie, I've even seen a 92 GTA that was chopped. It was so good I'd swear that ASC did it but of course it had no ASC label on the door.

Ive seen 87's and 90's too.

Drove a few 89's back in 89. Theres some 350 cars out there too.
