I have an '85 Iroc and have the original wheels on it. How wide of a spacer is supposed to be behind the rear wheels? I have a thin one behind them now, but the wheels seem like the are in to far. Does anyone know the correct spacer width? Help is greatly appreciated! I have another set of spacers the same size and wonder if I could mount 2 on each side with no problems?

Factory spacers are about 1/8" thick. Any more than that, and you may find that the tire rubs the quarter panel wheel opening lip over large bumps, especially if your car is lowered.

Well, I have put both 1/8" spacers on each wheel and it still seems like it is too far in the wheelwell. Were the rearends wider on cars with rear discs? Or did the wheels have different backspacing for drums and discs? There is no way it would scrub like it sits now, with both spacers on each wheel.

All the rears were the same size. Every IROC on the planet has the exact same rear track width.
