look at this

look under the engine suffix it says that the 350 could be ordered with a MT. I know the webmaster of the site he told me that he got the info from a Camaro book that his dad got him at a flea market.

You can't trust everythign you read online... I could make a nice official looking webpage that says that the 83 Corvette was available with alcohol injection and a lollipop spinner stock, but it woudn't make it true.

You are right on that Drew. But the only reason I put that there was because I know who the guy is. I need to talk to him to see where he got the info

Is it possible that since the IROC 350 motor was designated a "Corvette Motor" that the author of that book just took the code and cross-referenced it from the vette to the IROC? I don't know if a manual trans was available with the vette those years since I don't follow vettes. I do know that authors write about stuff they really don't have all the correct answers to. Does anyone know if "ZRA" was ever used on an IROC?
