It appears to be a 1LE Iroc. 1LE was a factory performance/suspension package. Basically a factory racecar. A neighbor up the street has an 89 1LE Iroc, red, 350, etc, very similar to the one for sale. He has 5100 miles on it.

Im sure someone could tell you more about what a 1LE consists of.

1994 TransAm GT
1994 25th TransAm GT
1990 T-Bird SC
1971 Boss 351

Four TransAm's are not enough. Firebirds for all.

the 1LE IROC is a pretty Rare car, it is not as fast as a TTA infact i think it only ran 14.2 or something, it has beefed up brakes and a better handeling package amung other things, it is a autocross car if i not mistaking. I wish I owned one, my IROC has all the 1LE options except for the dual cats and the 1LE was not made in my year 87

I saw a 2300 mile 89 1LE at Carlisle. Awesome, awesome car.

That must be a rare car. I don't think I've ever seen a 1LE with leather before. I can't wait to see how much it sells for. Because the market is so soft, I'm going to say mid/high teens.

I am the high bidder on it now.

Would you believe they want $45k for this and that is the least they will take for it. I always fell out of my chair when I got their response on some of my questions.

They are the 4rth owners, the 2nd one to plate it, and have all documentation, sticker still on wheels and Scothguard sticker still on window.

I would rather pay $40-$45k for a low mileage 95 Corvette ZR1 than a 1LE.

Most 1LE's that are low miles are worth now between $14 to $20k. They might reach $25k in 5 to 10 years down the road.

I wanted to reply to the owner and be honest and say it might get $15k now or $20k in a few more years but I could not. Maybe I will.

There was another 1LE for sale here (the 2300 mile one) and I beleive he was asking $18-$20k for his (do not quote me)

I guess some people think since they have a rare car, they can ask two or three times as much as it is worth.

Manny, are you sure that 2300 mile one near you was the one in Carlisle? I thought that guy said he was from Conneticuit.

What I meant by "here" is I believe someone on this website had their 2300 mile 1LE for sale. I believe the guy's name was Randy.

Sorry for the confusion.

Leather and no A/C, yuk. But still is an awesome car. The 1LE's will most likely be worth the most out of all the Camaro's. Chevy didn't really make any specialty versions like the 15th and 30th aniversary T/A's. the 1LE's and the B4C's will have to do.

i got 2 things to say:
1. red leather, YUCK!
2. COPO car? im pretty sure 1le is a RPO and that the copo system hasnt been in effect for a long time or we would have seen a few carzy cars coming out of chevy dealers every now and then.
