How many 90 GTAs were produced???

1990 is an odd year, some sources will state 1442. The differnce is that the sources that use the higher number usually use the early 1991 cars as well. Typically a new model year starts around August or September, in 1991 production started around March therefore the counts may vary depending on your source.

I think the 884 number is the number of 90 GTAs sold in the US.
I live in Canada and have a 1990 Canadian export GTA. I obtained an information package from the Canadian GM historical services. They indicate that there were 299 GTAs sold in Canada in 1990. If the 884 number is only for US sold cars, then this brings the number to 1183.
I'm sure there were GTAs exported to other countries besides Canada, so that could conceivably bring the number to 1442.. But I dunno for sure

One of the sources actually stated that they included some of the 1991 models.
