Hey what motor came stock for an 85 Z28?? i was told it was the 350 but i thought it was the 305?? im puttin in a 355 so i was just wondering??

305. 350s didn't happen till 87.

Standard (no cost): 305 Carb (RPO LG4) 155hp
Optional ($680): 305 TPI* (RPO LB9) 190hp
*With automatic only.

Former Paxton (6-psig) with 50-hp nitrous: 12.043 @ 112.86 mph.
ATI D1SC (10-psig): 12.056 @ 116.62 mph.
All stats are altitude corrected for 3,100 feet using NHRA's Altitude Correction Table.

The L69 was not available on the "base" Z28, only with the IROC-Z option in 1985. I tried to be specific on this on my original answer.
