Need help!!!!!!!

I've just recently come into the possesion of a 1985 trans am limited edition. The only problem is everywhere I have never heard of an 85 limited. I did some research and came up that there was an 85 daytona 500 pace car but there was no pictures. My car's stock paint job is gold with the black base trim and it has the black pheonix on the hood. Under the locks on each door it has limited edition on it. also on the rear end. If anyone can help me out with this puzzle let me know asap.

Tommy

Can you post some pics? There were not any Daytona TA's in '85, there was an '83 Daytona but not in '85. Daytonas had a white upper half and a dark charcoal lower half seperated by stripes. None were ever black and gold. Also there was not any type of "limited edition" trans am. It sounds like you have those decals that go over the door locks that say "limited edition" Not factory. No Trans Am ever had any kind of decals that say "limited edition" anywhere...someone most likely put them on there.
