Independent Inspection
If I found a car I wanted several states away, wanted to buy it, but didn't want to drive all the way up there with cash in hand to find out it the pictures didn't show all, how could I get an Independent Inspection for said vehicle?
As of right now, this is all hypothetically speaking, but it might become reality one day for me. I’m willing to travel almost anywhere for the right car, but I don’t want to travel all that way to realize it’s a lemon.
Other than finding someone local on here willing to look at it, what avenue could I talk to get an independent inspection? Is this a service; do mechanics do it? If so, how would I go about arranging one?

I used autoappraise.com
And I live in Canada. They did a great job checking out the 89 Formula. tHey take 150+ pics and write up a report.
