Axle/Gears: G92
best mod for me???

Ok I have a 1992 z28 with a 1996 vortec 350 in it and a 700r4 trans. everything else is stock. I have about $500 to spend and can't figure out what to spend it on? headers? true duals? shocks and springfs? give me some ideas please.

Correct the spelling of your hometown (I'm from Georgia too) and then consider the following that hasn't already been said:
  • Strut Tower Brace - Stiffen the front end up a little more.
  • Bushing Kit - Energy Suspension makes a good one. If your car has some serious mileage and you are adept with a wrench, this one is nice.
  • Wonder bar. MUST HAVE, very worth it at around 80 bucks.
500 bucks kinda limits you on the bigger things. I suppose you could consider exhaust stuff but maybe you should save up some more and then consider a new rear end or a brake upgrade.

it would ne kinda hard to get headers and the exhaust done for that price. inless you can talk mattmw66nova) into coming up there to buid you a Ypipe.... LOL
