Re: 1989 Firebird Formula Original rims + radio

I have paid $100 for a set of nice 16" Formula rims... Of course they were for a 1987 Formula... 16"

Which rim, there were 2 different style 16" rims in 1989. The Formula type rim, or the cross-Laced Rim. If the Cross-Lace rim, what color, Black, Charcoal, Gold?

The Radio... Original CD player or Cassette, or just AM/FM?

need more info.

Re: 1989 Firebird Formula Original rims + radio

I guess I did not read the title... it clearly stated Formula Rims... Hmm... how did i miss that?

The Formula rims do not have a Firebird emblem they should have had "WS6" in large letters and then "Pontiac Performance Suspension" around the outside edge.

Take a pic, that would actually help determining their value.

The AM/FM Cassette, which version does it have an 5 band EQ? or simply Base & treble? The regular A/FM Cassette Radio really has little value personally, someone might be interested if it was perfect shape. But otherwise people usually remove them for a reason. The only 2 radios in my opinion are the 5 Band version with the push button volume, or the Factory CD player... those go for some nice coin..
