Anyone here ever deal with them? I ran a vin check on my newly aquired 84 and they said there were 14 reports on it!! Now $30 for a carfax report does not come easy to me, I work for my money. But I went ahead and bought a report anyway, only to find out after they had my money that there were only 2 reports! Is this some kind of shady way to get people to spend money???

 

Carfax is a joke. They include any emmissions or yearly inspections in their "records" I have had cars that have been totaled numerous different times and carfax comes back clean. It all comes down to weather or not the driver turned it in to insurance and weather insurance turned it into the state or wherever it goes. DO NOT waste your money on carfax.
