The L69 option was the High Output 305 that was available on Z28's, IROC's and Trans Am's. It was available from 1983 to 1986 for the F Bodies.
The package consisted of a dual snorkle air cleaner for the re-calibrated carb and prom, better exhaust, higher lift cam, knock sensor, electric fan and coupled to a 5 speed transmission. Red line was 5500 rpm.
