Do you guys know if wheels IROC-Z Wheels are universal for all third generation camaros?

Yes, they are.

Any 3rd gen wheel will fit another 3rd gen. Only issue is the different offsets between front & rear 16s & brake clearances.

There are two different styles of 16 inch IROC wheels. 85-87 IROCs got the first style and 88-90 cars got the second style. However, both styles will fit any 82-92 Camaro/Firebird.

Yes... to a point, you may not be able to use 15" Wheels, and definitely not 14" on later cars with either the 1LE package, or with the 89+ rear disk brakes... I do not know if the 15" IROC wheels in 1988 & 1989 will actually work with the larger disc brakes...
