I'm no expert at decoding the metal cowl tags, but here is what I see. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about them can confirm or correct me.

18E thru CC1 are your RPO codes that tell what options are on the car. I know CC1 is for T Tops. There is an RPO decoder on this site that can help you decipher the rest.

LU5 is the engine code, I think that is a Crossfire 305. The N09 may be emissions or the trans code. I think the D80 is the rear axle ratio.

The portion on the star line starting with 2FS may be a portion of the VIN number, and I think the N means it was built at Norwood, Ohio.

Again, no expert on decoding those, so hopefully someone else here will chime in that knows better than me. Just pointing out what I see; hope it's right!

 

It is a 1982 Recaro.

It is a Norwood OH car. Built 5th week of April. Crossfire, Black int and exterior, locking gas cap.
