On my 1985 IROC it only takes 1 turn of the steering wheel to go from lock to lock, I thought it was 2 1/2 turns LTL. Is 1 turn LTL normal?

I know the first time I drove my TA with the WS6 I was shocked at how fast the steering was. In fact it caught me off guard. I would say it was 2 1/4 turns lock to lock. One turn lock to lock seems wrong to me.
I know what I'm doing wrong. I am starting from the center and it's 1 turn to lock. When I go from lock to lock it's 2 turns. Still not 2 1/2.Banned
ive heard of the 2 turn LTL steering boxes...they arent factory. they generally are used in racing.

The box on my camaro is just a little over 2 turns(2 1/4) lock to lock. It almost seems like 2 if you don't watch it real close. And I know it's a factory box. Later, DeanOriginally Posted by DARKmj16
