I notice on ebay folks will run a car for sale with a reserve. Im cool with that, youve got stuff invested you might not want to just let it go cheap. I get it.

But whats with the not disclosing the reserve price? To me if you disclose the reserve then you keep all the serious people and the folks that cant afford it are gone. Why keep folks around that dont have the buying power. To me it seems if folks that do this get off on seeing a lot of people visit their listing.

I could be missing something though, and sorry about posting here I just didnt see anywhere else to post.

I see the non-disclosing a lot now. I still see folks be upfront and give the reserve either when asked or they just post it in the add. Those seem like the serious folks to me.
