Re: Take the IROC Quiz

19 is a dumb question, 17 is wrong, 8 is dumb because three of the answers are right, 7 is wrong.

So, after accounting for their mistakes, I got 100.

Re: Take the IROC Quiz

I have taken this test before and I agree that is a pretty inaccurate test. So after a quick revision I also got a 100%.

Re: Take the IROC Quiz

#4 is wrong - the IROC-Z badging contract expired at midnight on 12/31/1989, so GM could not have "produced" any in 1990. There might be 1990 production year cars, but none were actually "produced" in the calendar year 1990. Semantics I know, but question is misleading.

Re: Take the IROC Quiz

Question 15 is also a bit ambiguous.

If I'm running directional tread tires, I have the tire shop R&R the tires from the wheels to rotate them. Even if I was running unidirectional tread tires, I would do the same thing.

At 85k miles. I'm only on my second set of Gatorbacks.

The trick is finding a tire shop that employs installers that have the brain power to do it correctly.

Re: Take the IROC Quiz

prophetsofmadness or whatever iroc-z.com is calling itself today is a joke. It always has been. I notified him of the errors in the quiz back in 2000. He responded back with a rebuttal for each question that I said was wrong. He isn't willing to fix any of the questions even if you prove him wrong.
