Attached pics were taken in May 92 of my friend John's dark green Formula special ordered from Ridge Pontiac in Des Plaines, IL. Took six weeks from order to delivery. He owned the car until late 96 and the car moved to Brookfield WI in May 98.
Car Fax shows an accident reported in June 98 with severe damage (hit a median) but it passed emissions test in August 99 so it had been repaired. The trail runs cold after that date. Last WI title #99119Q9016.
Just wondering if anyone recognizes the car and the circumstances and can give an update? Other threads have indicated a production total of just 146 Formulas with LB9 and 5 speed manual.
BTW the red car in my garage is my new 92 Grand Am Quad 4 H.O. with 5 speed also purchased from Ridge Pontiac. Head gasket blew at 85,000 miles so I had to sell it. And the paint was peeling off too. Car Fax says it went to the junkyard in 2006.
