My Z-28s codes
Been researching the codes from the Body Number Plate. Most of them I have figured out, but I do have a question on a couple.
D 06B1FP87N 172394
Tell me if any of these are wrong:
D - 1983
06 -June
B -2nd week
1- Chevy
FP- Camaro Sports Coupe
87 -2 door sport coupe
N- Norwood
172394th Camaro built in Norwood in 1983
17D- Interior Charcoal
75L- Color code Red (lower)
75U- Color code Red (Upper)
E- Paint type- Enamel
AF9- Reclining seats/bucket driver & passenger
CC1- T-tops
D-80- Spoiler/deck lid
Unknown letter code: PT
( I triple checked this and it is definitely PT)
Number code : 111861 629628
I have no idea what these numbers mean.
Any help would be appreciated.

By body number plate do you mean VIN? Or is there another number somewhere on the body? I'm trying to get my 90 decoded and deciphered.

I checked youngsfbody and they have info for 1990's for the body tag. Does anyone have a picture of where these are and what it looks like so I can be sure I don't have one?
