It is just a normal 1982 Trans Am. Those limited edition stickers on the door handles could be bought at any parts store through the 80s and 90s.

I had an 85 Camaro that had those exact same door handles. Nothing special about it.

Before you blow the car off... check to see if the hood is Aluminum... if it is, then yes the car is worth it... if not... just another 82 T/A

1982 only on the Alum Hood it was dropped early on, not sure why.. I suspect it had to do with cost, and production issues with getting the Aluminum to stamp correctly... But that is all conjecture. SLP did have a stash of some Aluminum Hoods a long time ago, but they came up missing... There are rumors that Pontiac also used some Aluminum Fenders for cheating in Races... Never seen those tho.
I had one... The easy ways to tell is 1) Obviously a magnet, or B) Look on the underside and look for a large "A" by the latch.

Judging by the base interior and FLAT hood,It's VERY unlikely to have a aluminium hood. From my research on the bulge aluminium hood,They where mostly used on the LU5 cars !!!
It's just a stripped down '82 trans am nothing much going for it.

I could not tell from the poor pix... I thought it was a Buldge hood.
One thing that struck me is the high-back buckets... thought that they were a camaro thing...
