For those specific items, you may want to do a lookup on the Compnine (compine.com) date base. They used to be free but I think they charge about $5 now for the info. For reference, there were 1,325 (1,265 US/60 Int'l) '92 Firebirds and 777 (663 US/114 Int'l) Trans Ams built that year according to Pontiac Customer Service back in 1992.

ALOT. Pretty popular combo at the time as I recall, I remember a coupla people I knew that bought em.
What difference would it make? Maybe there's some better way to figure out what you want to know than ... that?

My mistake. I thought I was still in the CONVERTIBLE board. The numbers I quoted applied only to convertibles. Sorry.

There was 4,259 to 4,685 Teal (37U) 1992 Firebirds, this included Formulas, it did not include Trans Ams and GTA's however.
The car is special, it is your car, and that makes it one of a kind

You could opt for a newer engine, might be kind of pricy, but give hawksthirdgenparts.com a call, they do LS swaps and have the stuff to swap them over if you want to really get into something. He is in Easley, SC... Probably about 400 miles from you...
