Headlights flicker every 20 min
1992 camaro here...anyone ever have problems with their headlights as to where they flicker and go off and on every 15-20 minuets , for about 5 minuets, than return to normal. Than repeat every 15-20 minuets. Also during the time the lights are flickering the high beams dont work either, and dome light works fine. Very frustrating!!! And can't really drive at night until gets fixed, so it's a huge bummer!!!

There should be a couple of headlight ground wires between the battery and radiator iirc.

Re: Headlights flicker every 20 min
I was having this problem with my h4 lights. I would flicker on high beam after 10 minutes of driving. I think it was overheating the light switch so I ended up running the high beam lights off its own 40 amp relay. Only thing the light switch has to power now is the relay. No more issues now.

Exactly , when the lights cycle off and back on again repeatedly , it means too much current is being drawn in the headlight circuit and the circuit breaker built into the switch is doing it's job of keeping your wiring from melting it's insulation .
To 1992CamaroGirl ; If you have aftermarket headlights , like racerkilla does , the relay is the best way to stop the flickering . If you have stock headlights , you likely have a partial short to ground .

Here you go, this should fix you right up for $40.00 Cant beat that. I have this harness and it works well. Solves alot of issues. Takes all of 15 minutes to install. see link below...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ceramic-H4-Headlight-4-Headlamp-Light-Bulb-Socket-Plug-Relay-Wiring-Harness-4X6-/330974040114?hash=item4d0f971032&vxp=mtr
ONE THING though.... Make sure you tell them the year of your Camaro. Mine didnt work when it arrived and they emailed me with how to repin the harness. If you message them before you buy they will repin the harness for you (its litterally swapping two wires around....easy)

Might also check the dimmer switch. Mine was flickering only on high beams. Switch R&R did the trick.
