hey I have a 86 trans am that turns on the headlight bulbs but will not flip them up. All three relays are getting good ground and 12v on the always hot wire. When I removed the headlight assembly I tried to connect the motors straight to the battery and then the lights came up and then I needed to switch the wires and then the lights came down. What could be the next step in troubleshooting this problem? Would be nice to make them work again. Can I test the relays?

 

When I connect 12v to the pink wire on the relay all three relays click but nothing happens/it does not move the headlights up or down.

 

Maybe your bushings are toast?

 

But both motors turn up and down when I connect directly 12v to them
