Means it's a 350 built out of a 880 block; Flint engine plant. Came in a vehicle.
Take it apart and see what's in it. I suspect you'll find it's either a bone stock something or other, or somebody's already modified it. "Numbers" won't tell you that. Although if I was the betting kind, I'd bet it was in a 96-2000 truck originally, for whatever difference (NONE) that makes.

09 = Day
7MD = suffix Code (should be all letters) so this is ??
