Yes. One was rubber wrapped, and the other was leather wrapped. The two wheels look similar, but the leather wrapped one covers up significantly more of the spokes with the leather than the rubber one does with its rubber covering. The leather covers up all but about 2 inches of the spokes, whereas the rubber one shows all but about 2 inches of the spokes.

This is a pic of my original Leather wrapped wheel,notice how far the leather goes up the spokes,that's what the leather looks like and the non leather one only goes a couple inches up the spoke.I don't have any pics of the other one.

It almost looks like they used the exact same wheel under the leather...
Personally I prefer the looks of the standard wheel over the leather wrapped one in this case...
