These cars are too easy to fake low miles. Gotta be careful out there. I've studied my 2004 a bit. If you swap out a speedo it would never start again without some major undertakings.
The converter cover is most likely on a shelf because they are a worthless pain in the rear. (maybe removed for a rear main leak fix, common)
I see the front swaybar endlinks have been changed and the bolts were put in wrong.
A bit to pricey for me.
It's a nice TTA, but a clean low-mile TTA is probably one of the least rare thirdgens out there!

I don't know, the interiors on poor condition or high mile cars are hard to recover, and there's not exactly a treasure trove of NOS or high-quality reproduction interior bits out there... and at this point, even well kept interiors are going to show some degradation of plastics and materials due to time. Leather seat cars are a little easier to recover, but that still leaves carpets, dashboards and so on.
If I didn't have 3 sons and one in college... Always wanted one!
Yeah, me too. I just took delivery of my 88GTA and six months later this thing comes out! I said "whaaaaaaat????". Bad timing for me. So, I waited 24 years.
You'll have one some day Dustin. I looked at it as "Good things come to those who wait"
It was just a long wait, that's all!

Saw one on these forums that had less than 100miles and was never registered. They were cars for collectors from the first day so this is not a surprise. What is a surprise is when I see some as daily drivers wrecked and dirty....that boggles my mind.

So true! The 2 most common types of TTA's for sale are pristine low mile, high priced cars, and ragged out, modded beaters that are still too high priced. Very difficult to find something in between. I looked at 4 or 5 before I purchased mine. It was a mid range mileage car that was stock appearing, but had upgraded turbo, injectors, fuel pressure regulator and chip. New paint, emblems and leather. Far from perfect, but a very nice driver at a reasonable price. I dont feel guilty driving it 200-300 miles a season. It runs and looks great. No regrets in my 6 year ownership.
