hood decal delete
was it possible when ordering a 84 Trans Am to not have the hood bulge decal? i own a 84 without a decal on the bulge and curious. maybe RPO code ?

Does it have a hood bird toward the front edge in the center? D53 was the code for the bird on the front edge center and it was standard. If ordered with the DX1, the bird was put on the bulge and the D53 was deleted.

Thanks JT. I do have D53 code and the hood front center edge bird.
I guess you got choice of front edge center bird or the bulge "venetian blind" decal but never both.
