Officially all three...
Parts store its a Firebird, most people understand and recognize Trans Am, an enthusiast will refer to it as simply GTA.

It is a Trans Am GTA. Says so right in the badges.
When dealing with most people, I simply only refer to it as a Trans am because when you toss on the GTA letters they get confused easily. Depends on where you go, some parts stores have the GTA in there and others don't.

When I was younger and had my 88 Mustang 5.0, the Camaros were referred to as IROCs and the Firebirds were GTAs.
