They're stock hubcaps. Don't see them often because the wheels are 14" steelies underneath, so they're prone to being changed in favor of aftermarket wheels. Also hubcaps from back then liked to fly off randomly if they weren't perfectly seated and clipped into the wheel. There were a ton of odd wheels and caps used on the 82-85ish Firebirds that you never seen anymore.
