A friend owns what it seems to be a 1991 TRANSAM GTA with a stock LO3 TBI engine... Is it possible ?
The VIN number is 1G2FW23E2ML211012
On the RPO code, there are WS6 and Y84...
The engine is stock. It's the LO3 5L TBI as confirmed by the letter E in the VIN.

That's definitely a TBI GTA. Kinda sucks, but kinda neat at the same time. Export cars got some strange options

It is known that some GTAs did in fact come with TBI due to, as mentioned above, different export requirements, restrictions and ordering. This particular car is an export.

Compnine shows there are 68 Y84 (GTAs) with the L03 engine for 1991. All of them show to be export cars.

68 of them? Wow. How many exported GTAs were there overall? TPI to TBI ratio?
