I don't think i've seen an Iroc vert for less than about 6,000. So under 3,000 is probably a total restoration car. Some sellers have been asking over 15,000 for them. I don't know whether they really get that much though. I looked at 1990 for 9,000. I thought it needed alot of work so i didn't buy it, but the guy did sell it for about that price.
IROC verts are fairly desirable so I dont think they would sell that low. I got mine for $7k canadian..which is about $4k us...and it was in very good shape. I have seen them go into 5 digits for nice ones though.
IROC CONV
theres was a '90 iroc convertable white w/305 tpi auto for $3400 here where i live about a week ago, my g/f called the guy up and he said all it needed was a new paint job.....he said it runs perfect has 115k and a new top....just wish i had the money....probably gonna settle for an original 82 z28 down the road from me for $2000

that '90 HAS to be rare.......IROCs were rarer then nevermind convertibles. Man If i saw one like that and had $2000 I be looking for a loan or borrow money from a friend.
Oh I should tell you that the guy wanted $4500 for it. When I went to see it my dad came...he likes doing stuff like this
, anyway we decided that we wanted to pay $3500....went there look at it. I told they guy a few thing I didn't like(as in broken) and offerened him $3000 as the shocker.....he came right down saying well the least i can let it go for is $3500 bingo
, my father can over and "beat" the last $100 out of him to make the guy think that he did not let the car go for too cheap. You know give him the feeling that some serious negationing had gone on.You know kind of like oh you will come down $3500 right off the bat...ok cool we'll take it, you know that feeling you get when that happend when you are selling something, your like damn, he was that willing to pay that price i could have sold it for more. LOL anyway, it fun hving a used car salesman/mechanic as a father!
