Re: 84 berlinetta camaro!!!
It depends on how you look at it. Some years the Berly has options that the Z28 could not get so it really depends on what your looking for.
The SC or sport coupe is the entry model it was pretty basic with no frills, but the excitement of owning a camaro. Many came with the 4 & 6 cyl and some came with the V8 LG4.
The Berlinetta was the Luxury model, it came with the Star Wars Dash and digital readouts with the Radio Pod. I think it too could have been had with the I4, V6 or LG4.
The Z28 was a "Performance" model, and had the LG4 as the base engine with optional engines for a particular year.
If done nicely it could fetch some decent money, ultimately its not as sought after as a Z28 but moreso than a Base Camaro.

Re: 84 berlinetta camaro!!!
Honestly, As it is probably aroun $1500 to 2000 tops it would depend on the person buyin it. There is some obvious rust on the passenger side...
It just needs some help...

Re: 84 berlinetta camaro!!!
$1500 - Car as it is now
$2000 - Investment in fixing it up (paint bodywork, new fenders, doors etc.
-------
$3500 - Total investment
It would still be worth around $2500 as the Berlinettas are not as desirable as a Z28. Unfortunately Performance outweighs Luxury any day of the week. Two cars side by side, Identical condition, one with an original 350, but no other options, the other loaded to the gills but has the base V8... Same price on both I would take the 350 car all day long.

Re: 84 berlinetta camaro!!!
I agree with Scott. My estimates are just that, based on the pictures and the information given an ESTIMATE. WHat I stated would be what I would expect in my region. Granted with the advent of the Internet it is becoming more evident that high-dollar cars will level off nation wide moreso because people outside of your locale will be willing to purchase them. -- Higher dollar cars -- typically are cars which have an engine above the Base V8 of any given year as I see it.
As an example of how things are going to be in the future, my sister sold her 77 Corvette to a person in Texas and we live in Michigan. She could not have gotten what she was asking around here (took her almost 2 years to sell). But someone bought the car sight unseen with TONS of pictures. I sold my 91 Formula to a guy in Kentuckey or Tenn, I forget. and we live in MI.

Re: 84 berlinetta camaro!!!
Hi, I have new pictures of my 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Berlinetta, here’s a link to see it http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3088924 and the 3rd to last row you can see were my glass from the driver side window is chipping away at my car and that mark you see is from a metal Piece of my car. I don’t know how the glass hasn’t cracked but every time I closed the door it hits there. I don’t know much about cars, so I need some help. Can I just adjust the hinge or do I replace it. Also can someone tell me what’s that thing I’m holding in the 5th from the bottom picture? it came from the top of the car
