Here is a little resume and some pics of that car.
91-92 Trans am's WS6 with the infamous LO3 (305 TBI) engine were built in Van Nuys CA and sold in Switzerland by GM.
It was the only 91-92 trans am model officially offered/sold by GM in Switzerland.
Exterior details:
- Black Paddle mirrors.
- Firebird/Formula tail lights.
- Front park turn lights were replaced with some ugly universal white and orange lens. Wired
white/park and orange/turn.
- Third rear brake light was disconnected, some lenses painted black. (The third brake light
only became legal around 1995 in Switzerland).
- Silver trans am decals
- Cross lace wheels generally matched the interior color.
- Tail pipes were replaced with glass packs. Some cars have had the chance to escape this silly mood.
- Rear Drum Brakes.
Interior:
- Firebird/Formula/Trans am Cloth seats.
- 220KMH Speedo.
- Convertibles had full leather interior with Ultima seats.
- In some rare cases the Ultima seat was ordered.
Color combination, exterior, interior and wheels:
- Red Gray Grey
- Red Black Black
- Black Tan Gold
- Black Black Black
- Green Tan Gold
- White Grey Black
- Blue Grey Black
- Maroon Grey Black
I will update as I learn more.

85-92s are somewhat common in Europe, especially in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They're base V6 'birds most of the time.
On the other hand, earlier models can be a real pain to find.

Lets not get off topic, this tread is about 91-92 Trans am's with the WS6 supension and the LO3 engine, only.
No it is not common in Europe, only in Switzerland, standard 91-92 GTA with the LB9 and L98 engine were available at dealer's in Germany and were probably distributed to surrounding country's from there.
I came across some 91-92 Trans am with the LO3 around the EU, they all came from Switzerland.
