WTB: automatic "shift gate" (or whatever ya wanna call it)

WTB: automatic "shift gate" (or whatever ya wanna call it)

Maybe I need the entire section of the center console for an automatic. What I'm doing here is trashing my shift gate because it's the "ribbed" looking cover and it is really hard to keep clean, and it keeps coming off the track, so I'm looking for one from an earlier model IROC. The earlier models look different, I remember the '89 had a different one on it and it was a lot cleaner looking.

Lemme know if you have this, and try and post a picture so I know I'm getting the right one. Thanks.

are you talking about the shift plate? I think, if so just check Ebay you can find them for around $20 or so most of the time.
