Well i saw one in an auto parts store that was plastic only and brand new, that's why i was asking, also because the majority of interior pictures i saw the **** was bare plastic. An online leatherman offered to cover mine for about 60$US(he said he had the pattern), but i think that's way too pricey.

Great! Thanks for digging through all your stuff to find me that ****. I replaced my shifter cable a few months ago and I somehow misplaced my **** and it hurts like a B to keep pushing on that plastic stick instead of the **** and button, haha!
