I know you said you didn't want to ship due to this being a fragile item. I've shipped over a dozen thru the years and have never had a problem or had to file a claim on one. ( postal insurance is mandatory ). If you don't have any luck finiding a good dash locally - at least you have a second option. Just post your ZIP if you need a shipping quote.

I've got a NOS GM one that I bought for a Camaro years ago. Some say it only fits Camaro and other tell me it works for both Camaro and Bird. Anyone know beyond the shadow of a doubt which is true?

 

It has to be for a Firebird(TA)Camaro don't fit.Thanks anyway.

Hay thanks Mark,I saw that one I don't want to buy one that has a crack in it,and with the shipping it probably would get worse with this cold weather.I'd rather pick one up locally.

 

if I'm not mistaken, the crack is next to the windshield, where it would never be seen, and that kind of crack isn't likely to spread, you could also put a line of glue right in the crack to stabilize it, again, it will never be seen

Is it too far for you to go get it? Living in Texas warps what others consider "driving distance" I've driven 3 hours for a really good donut before.. LOL

 

I drove to the Pocono Mountains for that one last year,that's a good 5 hours round trip.Connecticut is a little to far for me!!

 

I have a black pad, no cracks. Missing speaker covers and little plastic vent pieces. I live in northern Va. but will be up near Baltimore, Md. on Sat. 12/3. If interested $100 cash.
