WTB: Firebird center console lid, possibly whole console
My console lid is broken and will no longer stay on the hinges. I'd be interested in just a lid in decent shape or a whole center console in great shape that isn't separating on the sides.

Easiest solution would be to remove the trim, and bed some threaded inserts in a filled epoxy to replace the broken plastic screw bosses. A little care put into the job and it'd be stronger than new.

Or you could go the expensive route.. I remember buying the whole console from GM with lid for 150 bux.. Bought several.

I ended up epoxying some new screw holes like Drew suggested as a temporary fix. I'd still like to find one in better condition in the future though. Thanks guys!
