Center Console Shift Plate Light?

How do I get to the light under my shifter plate? I think mine is shot and need to replace it, but need to know if I need to watch out for anything

The shift plate retaining screws are in the ashtray section and there's also two at the back of the plate. If you've not taken one off before you'll probably need to know that the shifter **** also has to come off, to do that extract the staple on the front side of the shifter ****.
It's a 5 minute job.
