4th gen seat belt guide bolts?

4th gen seat belt guide bolts?
I purchased a set of 4th gen seats which did not come with the seat belt guides. I got the guides but they do not come witht he bolts. The ones from my third gen appear to be too long. What is the correct screw / bolt to use?
They are common phillips screws painted black
If you have a borrow from car, car a handful of misc screws and try till they fit
If not head to a hardware store for $0.88 in screws
