so my electrical is bad somehow or need new actuators of some kind. my windows roll down really slow and my door locks dont lock or unlock all the way wen i press the door lock buttons. is this a bad fuse or just bad windows and door actuators?

 

Old car which has problems common to it. Most people have luck with thorougly cleaning and lubing the tracks/mechanisms (the windows will always be slow compared to new cars, but the aforementioned should help). The door panels must be removed to reach the guts, so while you're in there, considering the info in the following link:

new brushes in the power window motors, or new switches would also help muchly (if the lube job doesn't do the trick).

 

good advice guys, i have the same problem in mine...

 

with slow window motors i usually always have good luck with them when i take a can of penetrating oil nd spray down the tracks and everything inside the doors

usually always speeds them up
