windows and door locks

Transmission: 700r4 w/ b&m shift kit
windows and door locks
so my electrical is bad somehow or need new actuators of some kind. my windows roll down really slow and my door locks dont lock or unlock all the way wen i press the door lock buttons. is this a bad fuse or just bad windows and door actuators?

new brushes in the power window motors, or new switches would also help muchly (if the lube job doesn't do the trick).

with slow window motors i usually always have good luck with them when i take a can of penetrating oil nd spray down the tracks and everything inside the doors
