i swaped a 89 t/a steering column into my 90 and i was just wondering if theres anything sifferent about the the two besides the airbag and just wondering if my turn sigels are all going to work the same.

 

There may be slight differences in the wiring but physically they will swap out no problem. if you have all the tools you can swap over the turn signal canceling cam assembly too so you keep the correct wiring too.

 

well seeing i got a question i might as well bump this one

i got an 80 rs with VATS , now my steering cloumn drives and blinkers and whipers work but my high beams and my whiper bar dont make that clicky noice when tring to get pull it back to flash the high beams

any suggestion on replacing or getting a new cloumn what years would work with mine?

 

if your only problem is the high beams it would be easier to fix that problem than to replace the whole thing and swap over what you need.....

 

well some times it jus trandomly dont work and randomly turns on all my **** like the whiper motors 9scared the **** out of me when it first did it heh)
